The ICAA Training Conference featured Leonard Pitts, Jr. (WATCH THE VIDEO) as the keynote speaker on Monday, June 28th, and Charles McCann, CCAP Emeritus, on Tuesday, June 29, 2010.  The 2010 conference recognized the past 45 years of innovative service and programming within the community action network since the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. This is an exciting time for community action, as we strive to expand services and answer the call of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
