Housing/Energy Services

Weatherization makes energy efficient repairs to home by providing comfort while saving utility costs.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LiHEAP) assists families with heating costs by paying a portion of their utility bill.  It is not intended to pay a household's total energy cost.

Eligiblity is 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.

 

Housing offers safe and affordable rental housing available in the following towns in Sioux County:  Hawarden & Sioux Center.

Eligiblity is based on HUD Guidelines.
