Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program

HPRP is the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program, created as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The program offers financial assistance to qualified households to obtain rental housing or help near homeless individuals maintain their housing.
